Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Autopark VLT processes information when a business voluntarily connects its WhatsApp Business account to our customer communication platform through Meta Embedded Signup.
Information we process
Depending on the permissions granted by the business, we may process business identifiers such as Business Portfolio ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID and phone number ID; business profile information; customer contact and message metadata; message content required to provide the service; and synchronization information expressly shared by the business.
How information is used
Information is used only to connect the authorized WhatsApp Business account, display and route customer conversations to authorized employees, allow replies from the connected business number, synchronize permitted conversation history, prevent abuse, maintain service security and provide technical support.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell Platform Data, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with unauthorized parties. Information may be processed by Meta as the WhatsApp Business Platform provider and by infrastructure providers strictly as necessary to operate and secure the service or comply with law.
Storage, retention and security
Access tokens and integration credentials are stored server-side and protected against public access. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Information is kept only for as long as required to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements, and is then deleted or anonymized.
Business control and rights
A connected business controls whether its WhatsApp account remains connected. The business may request access, correction or deletion of its information and may disconnect the platform. Customer requests concerning WhatsApp conversations should normally be directed to the business with which the customer communicated.
